Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

financial judgement

I have a judgment against me. The group took all my money in my account. We agreed I would make payments, but had to wait until they got their judgement money from police. Time passed, I checked 3 times, and they never had the money. I forgot to keep checking. I was never sent a statement or bill. They just took my account for everything again, without notice, bill, or statement to what we agreed to do. Is this legal? Can they take my money again without notice?

Re: financial judgement

If the judgment were satisfied from the first levy, then they can't again take the money. Demand in writing an accounting of the money they received. In addition, you should get an accounting from your bank and consider moving what's left of your funds elsewhere if the bank is doing something improper.
