how do I find out the business's owner's name?

the debator does not pay me the judgement. but he semms own a business(I am not sure). how do i find out who is the business owner and how is the business going.

he is hiding from me.

Search online the California Secretary of State's office if a corporation or an LLC, and contact the County Recorder for the fictitious business name.
