Hi I am looking to find a form allowing someone to represent me in a small claims case in California, Is there a form number? Free please...Thanks

Hi, the only thing that might work Ca Judicial Counsel form SC-109 available on www.courtinfo.ca.gov - on this site is a whole section about small claims also and fill in forms. Note - the person can't represent you - they can only "appear" for you. If you can't go to court because of some sort of disability, you must call the court and ask to speak with the small claims advisor so you can determine what the court would require. Make sure you contact the small claims advisor at the court where this case is going to be filed. The phone number should be listed on the court's web-site - if not call the general information line for the civil or small claims department and ask.
