3 years ago i went through a forecloser due to default after 12 years i also owe 2001 tax year about 25.000 i make monthly levy payments

Are you asking about bankruptcy or paying off the debts? Please provide more information.

There are several criteria for eliminating tax obligations. I've recently posted on that subject if you look in my previous posts under "Bankruptcy."
