Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I just found out that a person that owes me 200,000 has just filed

a lawsuit against somebody else and I want to file a lien on that lawsuit.

Can you help me ???

I have a judgement already against the person but other people

also have judgements against this person which they obtained

before I obtained my judgement.

These other creditors already have filed judgements against

this person who owes me money's real estate but I am the only creditor

that knows about this newly filed lawsuit.

If I file my lien against this lawsuit first in California

will I be first in line if he wins or will the creditors

with earlier judgements still collect before me

having older judgements.

Can I hire you to do this ??

Yes, contact me. It is simple to file a lien in the lawsuit, but I need to know more about what is happening. If your lien is too big, the person that owes you money may just decide to drop his lawsuit if he thinks he will get nothing from hsi current lawsuit. But you can make a deal with him for him to pursue and he can give you part of the winnings, but allow him to koeep some of his winnings. Joe Marman 916-721-3324
