Fraud

If I was coned or scammed out of $2,000 cash and he is not going to pay. I send it through western uniosn and i saw him LA THEE NEXt day he wrote me a check, but he said cash it in a week or so he'd tell me when he has mney in the bank. Which was never so i didn'tt cash it. Also he conned me in opening a dell account he bought aprox $4,000 dollars amnt of computers promising to pay me back and he wont and dell keeps calling me every day and im not going to pay dell
