Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

A friend and I had a thing we got a gym pass together and we where going to switch off every year I started the payments. Then the next he should have started but it have been two years and I still have not received any money or my pass for a year and I calculating what it came out to for a year and it was $620. What can I do now?

Write him a letter advising you will sue him. Then sue him.
