garnishment and attachment

who can garnish or attach my wages?if there are no signed documents out lineing monies owed?

The creditor has to file a lawsuit agaist you and prove to the satisfaction of the judge or jury that you owe the money. If the court rules against you and enters a money judgment, then the judgment creditor is free to initiate a wage garnishment against you at any time. A private creditor cannot start a wage garnishment without filing a lawsuit and getting a judgment.
