garnishments
I have a judgement o have wages garnished . I can't pay, what recourse do I have.

It's not a matter of you not being able to pay. The money will automatically be deducted from your wages unless you file a request for a hardship exemption. If you look at the paperwork your employer gave you, it should explain the process.
