Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Government debt recovery

I have heard there are free or low costs government programs that will take a percentage of each of my paychecks (before i recieve it) and pay my bills, negotiate payment amounts with my creditors and put $50.00 in a savings for me. This is to avoid ruining my credit and manage my money as well as create a small savings, thus reducing financial depression. I will recive the remainder of my check for living expenses. Where do i find such a service?

Re: Government debt recovery

I have heard of no such program.

The closest that I have seen is Consumer credit Corporation, which will negotiate with creditors for you, and help you manage your bills, but there is no guarantee that your credit won't be harmed. If you are not paying according to terms, they have the right to notify the credit reporting agencies.
