i HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A CAR REPO FROM LOAN MART. I AM 2 MONTHS BEHIND AND THEY TOOK MY CAR IN ANTICIPATION OF ME BEING THREE MONTHS BEHIND. CAN THEY DO THAT?

Yes, anytime you are one month behind the vehicle can be repossessed although sometimes it takes the bank longer to do it.
