Can I include demand for bill of particulars with my PLD-C-010?

Potentially, yes. Depending upon the nature of the complaint that was filed against you. The statute for a bill of particulars can be found here:

Keep in mind that you can also do discovery as soon as ten days after the summons and complaint have been served. You may find that even some simple discovery using forms will get you the answers you seek.
