Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Insurance claim taking to long

Is it ture that when a Insurance company makes an offer for your vehicle they are no longer responsible for a rent-a-car two days after? This is what I was told by my Attorney, which I don't believe he is doing all he can. I mean it's been a month now sense the offer and I'm out of my own pocket over $1,000 dollars for a rent-a-car (before offer) and not to mention a vehicle. It was 100% their fault so why am I suffering... My question is can I charge interest and if so as high as a bank would?

One more thing, is there a way to find out if you're getting 100% out of your lawyer and or fire one if not?

your rights are defined by the wording of your insurance policy. you need to look there. you can fire a lawyer anytime you want, with or without a reason.
