Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Interpreting late payment history on credit report

My daughter got a letter from an attorney for the purposes of debt collection for a credit card. She (stupidly) does not have any records. Below is what the credit report lists as a payment history.....Was there a payment made after July of 2004? I'm trying to see when the statute of limitations is up. Thank you so much for any help.

Original account was with Washington Mutual, account history is attached to that account:

Account history:

charge off as of May 2005 to Feb 2007

180 days as of Apr 2005

150 days as of Mar 2005, Dec 2004

120 days as of Feb 2005, Nov 2004

90 days as of Jan 2005, Oct 2004

60 days as of Sept 2004

30 days as of Aug 2004

Account sold to First Resolution Investments 02/2007
