Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I went to ITT and dropped out of that school because the program and teachings in that school sucked. i wanted to transfer to another school but the told me ITT credits were not transferable so now i am stuck paying a loan that is high. What kind I do to get rid of this Loan from this school?
