Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

if there is a judgement aganinest me can they intercept my income taxes also can they attach anything to my bank account and take my money. Please advise,

Judgment creditors had a great degree in flexibility of decided what assets to go after. Than can go after bank accounts if they know where you bank, which is much easier and cheaper than going after tax refunds. However, they can go after both.
