Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I'm a Judgement debtor who file for bankruptcy 2 years ago and i was clear from all debts by the court. I just received an order to appear in court for examination to furnish information to aid in enforcement of a money judgment against me that was file by one of the creditor that was listed on the bankruptcy court papers. I know they were notified 2 years ago that I file for chapter 7, but they still insisting with the case. Can I sued the creditor for insisting to collect money from me even after they were notified of my bankruptcy? Please help. I'm under a lot of stress because of this.

Thank you

You have a good lawsuit against the creditor. I would be happy to speak to you about it.

Lawsuits are stressful. A letter from an attorney would make them cease and desist, unless you want to pursue this in court. If so, feel free to provide me with the creditor information and your bankruptcy information, and I'd be happy to help you out to get them off your back permanently without further aggravation.
