Judgement sent to Judge
After having my case Dismissed Without Prejudice, I still make it a point to check the case online and found that on June 27th, 2008, a judgment was sent to Joyce Cram, the judge. Does this mean that a judgment has been granted? There has never been an Issue Conference or a Trial ....

The information you provided is incomplete, and so its really impossible to answer the question. First, I assume when you say "my case" you were the plaintiff. Second, who sent a judgment to the Court, and why? Third, was there a settlement agreement that led to the dismissal?Just submitting a judgment doesn't mean it has been issued by the court - it may have been filed, and therefore is in the Court's docket, but unless there is an "Entry of Judgment" the filing was baseless and of no meaning. If you filed this matter with an attorney, then you'll want to contact him/her to see why the judgment was filed.
