How long does a company have to collect on a judgement, for money owed.

In California, judgments are enforceable for a period of 10 years from the date of entry of judgment. The judgment can be renewed before the expiration of the 10 year period. There is no limit on the number of times that a judgment may be renewed.

Court judgments are valid for ten years and California and can be renewed indefinately.
