Ten years, and it can be renewed again for another 10.

Generally, it is good for 10 years and can be renewed for another 10 years, if it is renewed properly.

Judgments are good for 10 years but they can be renewed. Although it is highly unlikely that you would need to do so, judgments can renewed multple times.
