Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

i have a judgement against a married man who, because of this lawsuit, had his home (in california) changed over to his wifes name. Can I still attach his home? The judgement is for around $70,000 - and he has well over that in equity of his home.

Yeah it is a fraudulent transfer. Either way it is a community property state so you can get his community share.
