Judgment collectiion
One individual I won a judgment against, skip the state and now is living in another state.UIs there a way to collect against this guy and how?

You would find a lawyer in the other state to domesticate the judgment and then levy against the person's bank account and/or wages. There are other tools the lawyer also could use. Unfortunately, it would cost a bit of money to do so.

You can have a lawyer in the other state get the judgment entered in that state. That lawyer can then collect for you.
You may be better off selling your judgment to a company that buys judgments and let them hassle with collecting!
