Judgment by Default Request Rejected - what now?

Entered a civil - unlimited case for

default of payment on a contract.

No response by defendant ever.

entered request for default

judgment by clerk, CIV-198. This

was rejected. What do I do now?

do I refile the same paperwork?

You might need to file a CIV-100 form instead. The court has a Self Help number you can call and ask for help.
