Judgment Entered by Default on 6-19-91

Defendent was order to pay (me) Plaintiff sum of $600.00 Principal plus interest/respectfully. Recorded back on 6-19-91 it is now 12-21-00.....

9 years since this event took place. I want to collect what is owed to me plus interest.

The judgment is good for 10 years but it can be renewed if it is not collected within the 10 years. I suggest you calculate the ten-year date and make sure you file a timely renewal. Other than that issue, there's no reason why you cannot collect.
