Once a judgment is issues by a judge in a case to collect a debt. Is the plaintiff able to continue to charge interest or fees over what is stipulated in the judgment to the defendant?

I hope this isn't the first time you've tried to contact a lawyer about this case (assuming you are the defendant).
Judgments (at least those that are rendered in a California Superior Court) continue to earn interest at the legal rate of 10% per annum.
