jugdment
got a jugdment aganist me from an old credit card debt for 2600. should I try to set up a payment plan with the attorneys or negotiate a settlement?I rent and don,t make that much money so should I claim exemption

Depends on how old!!! If over four years old, don't "negotiate," you could possibly be inadvertently agreeing to waive or reset the statute of limitations on a debt that they are legally barred from collecting.

Oops, I didn't see the word, Judgment. In that case -- assuming there are no grounds for setting aside the judgment -- you are stuck and you should settle for the best deal ou can get.
