jugdment against me

I owe capitol one finantial 3100 dollars if I go to court to settle on a payment plan could they take more than I can afford. which is about 100 dollars

If they already have a judgment against you, then you can ask the court for a claim of exemption. You may also need to consult with a bankruptcy attorney.
