A credit card company can file suit against you to collect the money owed, interest on the money owed, and attorney's fees. A judgment means that the credit card company is now entitled to collect the money awarded by the court, plus interest accruing on that money. It can levy against bank accounts, wages, real property, and any other of your assets.
