Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
A law firm has been awarded a stipulation against me, what happens next?
I signed a stipulation that a law firm
issued me in an attempt to collect a
credit card debt. I didn't understand
what the stipulation meant and now
they have been awarded lawyer fees,
etc. What will happen to me now?

The case is over, and you lost. Don't sign papers other lawyers give you until your own lawyer looks at them.
