if you are sued and they get a judgment and record it how long is it good for and how hard is it for them to collect THANKS GARY

10 years but it can be renewed over and over. Your personal financial situation determines how easy it is to collect, as well as the persistence of the collector.

The judgment is good for 10 years. It can be renewed, however.

How hard is it to collect? If you work or have assets, not that hard.

A judgment is good for ten years and can be renewed for another ten years. I suggest you hire an attorney to try to negotiate a settlement for you.
