I borrowed 300.00 ... with a promise to payback 400.00 in 30 days, i wrote an agreement... using my auto to back the promise to repay ,

my question is although i am late in repaying this loan i would like to have a little more time ...

what can i do cause this guys wife is really hasling me ...

If your are in default, the promissee may obtaine title to the collateral. You should offer to pay the interest on the loan for an extension.

try making partial payments and see that will shut her up.
