Is this legal in CA?

Found in a quote for Interpretation Services (conference type and equipment rental.)

''READ: This quote is for the job as described above after our evaluation of provided details. This quote does not include additional equipment or labor that may be required due to any unforeseen or additional service, problem or delays once job has begun.Contracting party is responsible and agrees to pay any necessary Transportation, Meals, Airfare, Hotel Accommodations, Per Diems, and incidental costs relating to job. All payments will be made no later than 3 calendar days after last day of event. Payments not received within 7 days will incur a 10% surcharge of remaining balance. 50% deposit required. Balance due upon arrival.''

Is this legal in CA?
