Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I am lender of $60,000 and need to find my position for court

I loaned out about $60,000 in the form of check deposits into someones bank account. He signed notes, they were hastily written by me and not notarized. He has said he will not have a lawyer and will accept the judgement.

The Background:I have had a boyfriend and he could never make his bills. He would ask me for money, about 5,000 per month. I am married and my husband knows every time I pay him,my husband signs the checks.I wanted to divorce,I refinanced my husbands house and now he is losing it.The boyfriend has had another girlfriend the entire time.I was used. This is alot of $$. He often says we are stealing from him. huh??

The Question:I do court ok,but would like to know my best position. Both would be truthful, but I would like to know which the court would be more sympathetic to.Is he my boyfriend and we were trying to get a life started or was it my husband and myself trying to keep his shops going, hoping for a turnaround in business and eventual repayment?

I am not clear of the question. First you must file a complaint to enforce the promissory notes. Then after a judgment attach the assets of the defendant; the automobiles for example. I practice in all Los Angeles Courts plus. Call me directly at 16192223504.

Your question(s) are a bit hard to follow, at least in writing thus far. However, you definitely have strong legal rights if you loaned money out that you are not receiving back to date. For a free consultation, call us directly hereafter.
