levy or lien attachment of business/charity funds

A Lawsuit has attached a levy on my business funds of 90,000.00 dollars . These funds are for charitable

non-profit disbursement and I need to know what form

or legal action I must take to remove 20,000.00 dollars for emergency charitable disbursement of this

bank account. Can I dissolve this legal action freezing my funds, if so what forms or procedure do I

complete???HELP
