Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I live in Indiana and just got a call stating that he was an attorney in Calif and that USA Payday Loan company was suing me. It is already scheduled for court and I could be put in jail. What do I do? I don't recall any USA Payday loans.

A real attorney wouldn't threaten you with jail. Ignore them. If you receive an actual paper lawsuit from California I would be interested in hearing from you.
