Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Loan unpaid

I gave permission to an ex-boyfriend the use of my credit cards with the agreement that he will pay me back. When we split I had him sign a Statement of Agreement that indeed he will pay back. Its been a couple of months and he has not started payments. What can I do?
