Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Lost Arbitration (default, no-show) - judgement entered...now what?
I owe $70,000 to credit cards. I have been
ignoring them. I am a single mom, barely
surviving, broke, a renter (even though the
zip code is Beverly Hills), have a car loan
with a break-even payoff. Now what? Is BK
my only option?

It sounds like it might be a good option unless your income expands dramatically. Of course, there are certain requirements, and whether you meet them can only be determined after a consultation with a qualified legal professional.

While the situation you describe sounds like you are a good candidate for bankruptcy, it is not necessarily your best or only option. You really should see a local bankruptcy attorney for a more thorough consultation that is provided by this forum.
