What is the maximum legal time period to be obligated to pay in full a Car Dealer Sale Contract?

Details:

--There is no minimum payment stated in the contract, neither amount of payments, only N/A

--And in "When Payments Are Due: Monthly Beginning" is "May,28,10"

--There is not payment schedule neither length of the contract to be closeout.

--There are no finances charges neither interest rate, only �Amount Financed� $4,280.11

--I do understand that this contract can not be changed unless I agree i writing but I do not have to agree and that "No oral changes are binding."

I don't really understand your present situation, but it seems your contract is missing important terms that are required under the Truth in Lending Act and probably under contract law as well. I gather -- but you did not say -- that you have some type of dispute with the dealer. Go and visit a consumer lawyer in your locality before speaking with the dealer again.
