Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
MCT group has garnished my wages I’m in Ca, the only thing I can be for is a defaulted loan from 2002, 2003 latest. I have never spoke or had contact with any one from this place what can I do?

Contact them and resolve the debt. As long as suit was filed on time a judgment lasts 10 years and can be renewed every 10 years until they collect.
