Mechanic's Liens

After recording a Mechanic's Lien with the county, how do I go about taking the first step to enforce the lien? I know I have to take action the foreclose the lien but I have no idea what paper work to file with the local county court.

A mechanic's lien foreclosure cannot be filed in small claims court. You have to file in Superior Court and it is generally filed on 28 line paper. We can help you. Please contact our office at 714 363 0220 for review of your documentation and consultation.
