Does a healthcare provider have the right to send a bill to a collection agency for payment in full AFTER AGREEING TO ACCEPT MONTHLY PAYMENTS, IF THE PAYMENTS ARE MADE ACCORDING TO THE AGGREEMENT?

Yes, and you have the right to now pay to the collection company on the same terms you agreed to pay the provider. You also have the right to seek verification of the debt. If the collection company continues to harass you,damages your credit and dishonors the agreement you had with the provider, you can sue the collection company for an unfair debt collection practice
