Medical Bill

I received a medical bill that is four

years old with no information other

than the invoice, what are my

obligations.

If the bill is over four years old, more than likely it's uncollectible if incurred in California, because of the statute of limitations.

If the due date of the original bill was over 4 years, you may not have to pay the bill based upon the statute of limitations. We will have to review the letter your received. Please contact us if you have any questions.
