Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Medical Bill

My wife went to a DR. office and waited over three hours and left without seeing the DR. They are now billing us for $500. Is this legal?

Re: Medical Bill

no, not necessarily, however, it would depend on a few variables, such as an actual or implied contract being in place authorizing such billing, or whether or not the "waiting period" prior to your wife's departure was deemed reasonable or unreasonable. if you would like further assistance, contact us directly today.
