hello there my name is mo i did buy a market store from someone and 9 months later i receve a letter from state board of equalazatin asken me that the seller owed to the state board 125 thousands and the seller is my landlord now so the state board asken me to pay the rent for them not to the owner so whats the legal wright i have to do

Without seeing the letter, it is not possible to tell you what to do. I suspect that the letter has something to do with the execution of a lien, but it is not at all clear.
I would call either the State Board of Equalization or speak to a lawyer in your area as to what you should do in response to the letter.
