Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
My mom has me on her credit cards. I am not responsible for them/the payments however they are showing up on my credit report which I find odd since I never gave my social security number to them. Should I notify the credit bureaus of this?Years ago Mom just added my name and had my card issued. All are paid and up todate however I am concerned, since her balances are so high, that if she passes will I be responsible for them? Thank you..
