Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

money out of my account 2

A company took money out of my account that I never authorized. I usually pay with a check and one time a few months ago I paid with my debit card. Thats the only way they would have my card number and it posted in my account as a debit card transaction. But I never authorized it. I have tried to talk to them regarding this but they are not trying to help me. Do I have a case?

Your best bet is to report it to your bank as unauthorized.
