How would I get Money that I gave a family memeber to save and they want to spend it?

Sue the person. Sounds like you are saying that the person was supposed to hold the money for you for some reason you don't specify. If you can prove you gave the person money to hold for you in trust then you can sue the person for breach of the oral trust agreement. If the amount is $5000 or less you can sue in Small Claims Court which is cheap and no attorneys are allowed.
