My mother-in-law died recently. She placed all her assets in a living trust of which I am now the trustee. Is there a period of time during which collection claims for services rendered must be submitted?

You need to repost this question to attorneys on this forum who practice in the trust, estates and probate sections. This is not a question of credit and debt law, it is a question of how trusts are administered and what the creditors of the decedent's rights may be. Sorry to hear about your loss.
