Received your welcome responce to my card problem requesting that I contact you at the Mill Valley Office which I have done leaving a voice message this evening 1/19//10.Is it possible to discuss my card problem with you by email as I have a hearing lose even with the aid of a speaker phone?I had a problem in hearing one of your staff members direction to leave a message.I just guiessed at the instruction.This will give you some Idea as to the problem we might have by phone.

I'm sure that if you had all of the information from the beginning of my first legal request that It would

be simple for you as I have completed just about all that I have been requested to do.I do appreciate any and all suggestions and assistance from you.
