Non payment for work

What types of forms should i file for non payment for work completed.

I was hired by a property management company. They paid 75% at completion on 6-3-09. But now they are not returning phone calls and haven't paid balance.

Visit your local office of the State Labor Commissioner, Department of Labor Standards Enforcement for free help, or consult an attorney -- in a successful private lawsuit for unpaid wages you would also win attorney's fees.
